I had another disaster today, but before that happened, here's what i was doing. I cooked this without even knowing if it's called chicken afritada or caldereta :D Whatever the name is, it tastes really good... Honestly :D
Oh by the way, the disaster happened when I'm just about to clean up all the stuff that I used in cooking. What happened was, the kitchen faucet's knob came off, and the hot water is shooting in the air up to the darn ceiling! Had to call the guy who put it up, but he can't come over today, so he made me turn the main water valve in the basement. Now we don't have water, if we need some, I have to turn it on and off from the main valve. What an inconvenience!

Nagutom ako bigla sa food mo...sarap naman....ako din ganyan minsan nagluluto na di alam ang name, pagtinatanong ako ng asawa ko ano pangalan para may masabi siya kung may magtanong na anong Pinoy food niluluto ko at kinakain niya, eh ang labas, nag-iimbento nalang ako nga name or pinapangalanan ko nalang like menudo as long as malapit lang sa original recipe....puro revise itong sa akin roselle...LOL
hello marie! salamat sa pagbisita :) Ako pag di ko alam magtitingin-tingin ako online, or tatawagan ko nanay ko sa atin sa Pilipinas para magtanong kung nong pangalan ng gusto ko iluto. Coz honestly i have never cooked any filipino foods in my life since i got married :D Recently na lang, kse nami-miss ko na masyado, tapos ang layo pa naman ng filipino store dito :)
Ako rin nagutom. Yumyum. Mahirap ang situation mo ha. u have to on and off the main valve. hope mafix na yan.
Wow...kasarap naman.Ang hirap sa 'kin, everytime I try to cook something like that laging hindi makapasa sa aking tastebuds kasi I always compare it to my Nanay's luto. Ang hirap tapatan eh. Ang tanging nakakapagluto na katapat ng luto ng Nanay namin is my youngest brother.
Anyway, goodluck sa inyong water situation. Ako pa naman kung kelan walang tubig at saka ko parang kailangan ng napakaraming tubig...
