We eat dinner kinda early and so after a few hours I will naturally get hungry. I tend to eat stuff from chocolates to cookies or any sweets that I can put my hand to. I'm getting heavier and heavier and I don't exercise (no motivation whatsoever) wahhhhh!!!! I'm planning to enroll in a gym but a bit hesitant because no one will watch my little boy and I'm scared to live him to a babysitter. I wonder how can I stop this late night munchies... Are you guys experiencing the same thing, or I am just the only one?
